Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be: Unused and unopened In the original packaging In the same condition as received Used, damaged products or items without original packaging cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons (especially skin, hair, cosmetic and personal care products).
Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery Share unboxing video + clear photos of the product and packaging After review, we will arrange: Replacement OR Full refund (case-by-case)
Exchange
We offer exchange only for defective or wrong items delivered. Exchanges for size, preference or change of mind are not available
